Lulu is an academic with a Ph.D in Sociology from Goldsmiths. She teaches at a number of universities across London in music business and cultural studies.

Lulu is also a professional DJ – or as she likes to describe herself, a “PhDJ” –  with residencies at the Ned, Birch, the Soho House group and the House of St Barnabas in London. She also hosts her own podcast Where Love Lives, which is hosted on Soho Radio’s Culture Channel.

She also fuses her expertise in sociology and encyclopaedic knowledge of music to work as a music consultant for brands and private clients.
