One of the most rewarding areas of my work has been working with young people. I have used my wealth of experience and knowledge of the music industry and journalism by creating and delivering courses at a number of institutions across London, such as Livity, Midi Music, Tribal Tree and Lewisham College.

I am now Deputy Director of the Popular Music Foundation Degree at BANM (British Academy of New Music) over in Bow, London, which I thoroughly enjoy.

I am also in the process of setting up a Music Exchange programme with Old Jamaica Ginger Beer in Kingston, Jamaica, with the University of Westminster/BANM, which will be taking place in August 2011.
